The Louisville Youth Philanthropy Council (LYPC) will host their 13th Annual Celebration Dinner at The Olmsted on Tuesday, March 17 at 6 p.m. to announce the recipients of this year's grants. The two LYPC teams will be granting a total of $20,000 to nonprofit organizations selected by the 28 high-school students in this year’s class. A student-led presentation will award the organizations receiving grant funds and also share stories from their LYPC experience. WDRB's Sterling Riggs will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.

2019-2020 LYPC Council Teams & Their Missions:
Team ‘EduCare’
Mission: To promote education in our Louisville community with emphasis on racial and geographical disparities.
Grantee Chosen – Family Scholar House


Team ‘KeepLouCool’
Mission: To address and sustain an adequate environment in Louisville for generations to come through direct action.
Grantees Chosen – TreesLouisville and Wilderness Louisville
